Today was Jonah’s 4th Birthday and he was holding his neck when he woke up and said that it hurt to swallow so I took him to urgent care. The nurse saw that it was his birthday and gave him a free coupon for an ice cream cone at Dairy Queen and then when we went to the pharmacy she also saw that it was his birthday and he was able to choose two lollipops. Now I don’t know if this makes up for being sick on your birthday but I’m more of the glass is half-full kind of guy.

If only Jonah knew President Obama he might have got a new iPod for his birthday like he gave to Queen Elizabeth II today and it wasn’t even her birthday.

But Jonah is happy with the Lego car from Mommy and Daddy. But then who isn’t happy when they have a blue tounge.
