Children’s story time

We normally let the children pick out a few books at the library every week and read through them several times and then go back and get more. Normally I don’t have a problem with the silly words that Dr. Seuss makes up. But this week Fox in Socks has caused me to question if I can still read out loud. Every page is full of tongue trying word twisters that almost make a grown man cry. The boys love to hear daddy try and read it as fast as he can and sound silly, too bad I’m not trying to sound silly. Since I wanted everyone to be able to experience this all time classic I found a youtube video that lets you hear the story.  Enjoy.

You may get tongue tied reading Dr. Seuss, but do you remember the forever search for Richard Scarey’s “Goldbug”?
